Our staff will assess the proper tenant mix, which determines the potential rental value of your property. We then advertise and market each location, while thoroughly screening potential tenants. We handle all the paperwork and payments, while keeping our owners informed and in compliance throughout the entire process. Everything is available on line from the rental application to financial reports.

Accounting & Investor Relations

As part of property management, we offer a variety of accounting and bookkeeping services that can be tailored for each client’s needs. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Accounts Receivable- We handle all statement preparation, payment processing, and tenant inquiries.
  • Accounts Payable- We handle all property related expenses from confirming work has been properly completed, to the timely processing of invoices and cutting checks, to making sure 1099 information has been received.
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Preparing reports including check registers, outstanding payable reports, disbursement reports, tenant security deposit reports and delinquency reports.
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Prepare budgets, track expenses, and review variances
  • Prepare and share variance reports with property management and investors and provide feedback on possible improvements
  • Prepare monthly un-audited financial reports
  • We work hand-in-hand with your CPA to ensure all reports are correct and properly reflect the financial standing of each building
  • For investors, we offer online access to financial reports

We realize accounting and financial services are an important part of property management. Our accounting team works closely with property management in regards to tenant billing and collections, building tenant and investor relationships, and overseeing overall property performance.
